Loving Couple <3

It was a nice morning and I was just woke up, I pulled window curtains and opened window.. Out of my window there is a well grown plant about 7 feets.

There was nice sunlight and view was amazing.. I saw that on the flower of same tree these two bugs were stuck to each other. ;)

I woke up from the bed at the speed of light and bought my mobile with lense, sticked lense on behind and went close to them.

I took few clicks from various angles without zooming, it's the rule of thumb that you shouldn't zoom from mobile until its very necessary..

I didn't want to interfere between them, so I took these shots fastly I have given below; edited these pics via Fotor, added little exposure as I love to do. :)

Bent matchsticks..

A simple picture of bent matchsticks that I bent myself just to take closeup..

I have used magnifying glass to focus on object (matchsticks).. Clicked this picture at morning so shadows can be clearly seen.. :)

Black Beetle on almond tree..

In front of my balcony there's a almond tree almost 10 meters tall, there comes many intruders like Squirrels, Sparrows, various bugs. And insects..

It was around 9 in the morning, not much sunlight.. I was walking upstairs and my eyes catched something unusual.. Something tiny and black bug sitting on little twig of almond tree..

Curiously I went near to it to see what actually it is.. It was a black Beetle.. I don't know why it became numb; it was not moving much..

It struck in my mind to get closeup of this bug.. Without touching it I went upstairs and bought my mobile with lense..

After that I recognized that it's Beetle... I was afraid as I never touched this kind of Beetle.. I hold it lightly with my right hand and saw carefully.. It was really numb.. By my left hand I took these 2 snaps and left it at the same place..

The thing I loved most is its Blue Eyes.. I didn't know beetle has blue eyes.. Just because of jelly lense this shot got clear..

I edited pic via Fotor app.. Added some exposure as i was standing in shadow of tree.. :)

Frog in backyard.. 3

This is the last snap I took of the same frog.. It's been 10 minutes i was searching this frog at tiny bushes.. I lost hope as i couldn't find it easily...

Now at last attempt I saw this buddy on a square cage which is located few meters away from me...
I walked slowly to it without noise and bent down.. Took out my cell carefully and sticked lense on camera.. From that angle I took this shot..

It was almost 6'O clock so very low light.. I couldn't do anything coz i don't have flash.. U couldn't go much close to it as that frog was in position to jump through the fence..

I loved the angle of this photo as it looks quite different than 1st two photos..

Frog in backyard.. 2

After talking 1st snap, that frog jumped in tiny bushes.. I started searching it desperately as I wanted another closeup.. Suddenly; saw his tiny head on a small plant..

It was difficult to take shot in that place but I managed to get close to it ASAP... My lense and mobile were ready to get in action.. I came almost 4 inch close to it and slightly clicked this snap..

I stayed in that position for 5 more seconds to make sure I got a perfect click.. :) thanks to god I got it easily..

Well I have edited this photo via Fotor app that you can easily get on Google Play Store... Its eyes were well focused because of Lense. Photo itself describes everything.. ;)

I have clicked the last snap of same frog.. Im going to post it soon..

Frog in backyard..

It was a fine evening... After coming from college i charged my cell phone.. Had dinner and just after 10min i came to backyard with my cell and lens...

I was searching for object and composition to take a photo.. Aftet searching alot on trees and plants i saw something tiny just 2 feet away on wall from me..

It was a white frog.. In my residency they are commonly found.. I already attached my lens to Mobile.. I bent down silently hoping it wont jump away.. And took this snap.. Just 4-5 inches away from it..

I kept cell in still position for 10 seconds so that i could get time for another shot.. Unfortunately it jumped away.. :-(

Because of jelly closeup its eyes focused more clearly... I have added some exposure manualy... I took few more shots of the same frog.. Check next post.. ;-)

Jelly Lens for every mobile..

Today I am going to show you guys the secret behind my closeup/macro photography..

After searching alot over the internet I came to know about these jelly lense.. There are many kinds of jelly lense out of them 'Closeup Jelly Lense'  I loved most..

Its universal colour is orange so dont get confused with other jelly lenses.. I bought it for photography,  it really make it's job. It will have been better if there had been a cap for each side of the lens. I had a doubt on the adhesive side, but this is really sticky...
I got this lens from eBay at Rs. 200 (INR) which is around 2$ universaly.. It's worth its price... There's instructions given on back side of jelly lens packet.. Read it before using this lens..
I have recently posted photos taken by using this lens.. Checkout guys.. Also adding some of them at the end of post..

You will fall in love with it when you use this lense for your mobile.. I agree that the adhesive side is not much sticky but you have to use it like new born baby.. Im using it since 1 month and still it sticks very nicely on my phone..

"Macro photography is the art of taking close-up pictures that reveal details which can’t be seen with the naked eye.
For example, while we can see the fly on the wall, our eyes aren’t equipped to make out the fine details of the hairs on it’s face. This is where macro photography comes in.

Rabbit family

One of my relatives had a pair of rabbits since a year... Few days ago female rabbit gave birth to 12 babies.. When i came to know i desperately went there.

When i saw that it looked so touching :-) they made a little fence of cardboards so that babies don't go anywhere.. They were sleeping on each other, all of them looking pinkish in colour.. Rabbit was sitting aside as she was doing rest..

I took this picture from top view.. I couldn't take closeup as i was little afraid about that rabbit..

Curiosity..

At first instant you won't understand what it is.. Actually its eye of chicken.. The kid next to my home bought these chicken from market.. They were 6 in count... Out of them this chicken was little lazy.. :-P

I stuck my jelly lense to my mobile and went near to that chicken.. Re didnt move.. I took thia shot carefully in HDR mode.. Because i was using lense the eye of chicken looking clear..

There is renovation going on in my colony.. In front of that a large area occupied by sand which is dropped there for construction... As it was a fine evening there were these two kids playing on that sand...

I saw that the little girl is too cute for a picture..  I took out my mobile and clicked this moment. I love the cuteness of that girl, the way she was looking..

Desperate to Fly

A street hawker bought this parrot to sell in market... I was wandering around with my friend and suddenly saw it.. There were few more parrots too.. I asked that hawker to take some photos.. He got afraid as selling of these birds is illegal in our country... But i assured him that im just a photographer.. After few minutes of convincing he nodded yes.. This was the best click i took among 4 photos as i had couple of minutes.... :-)

It was evening time so there was less sunlight.. I have added little brightness to this pic.. :-)

Aloe Vera Plant

A simple view of Aloe Vera plant.. I took this in my neighbor's garden ;-) exposure and saturation manualy added and edited via Pixlr Express..

Butterfly

It's been raining in our city... At morning there was moisture in soil and some dew drops on little grass.. This butterfly was sitting in still position there.. I slowly went there and took 4 HDR photos.... eventually this butterfly came to know that I'm taking photos.. ;-) it flew away next moment..

So, this pic is edited by Aviary photo editor.. I have added red wash and some bokeh.. No disturbance with exposure..

HDR photo..

Single flower of custard.. I took this pic at morning around 10'O clock... Photo taken by jelly lense.. This is HDR image from my cell..

Defocus by lense effect.. I have decreased exposure as it was little bright.. No play with saturation.. No crop.. Its edited by Aviary photo editor..

Ink Fruit berries

I found these berries in our residency.. near our playground and that stole my attention effectively... As it was evening there was low sunlight.. I captured good pic with my lense.. That gave a cute effect to berries.. I had to maximise exposure because of low light..

Thursday, March 13

Morning Click..

Was getting ready for college... Mom told me to get some flowers to present to god.. When i came to pluck the flowers i saw this bug... I ran into house and bought my cell phone and magnifying glass.. And took this snap from side view..

This bug was silently lying on little end of twig..  I took few more shots of it.. But because of my movements it flew away the next moment.. :-(

Question of many people..

Most of people ask me, "Do you really encourage people on mobile photography?"

-> Want to tell you guys.. Right now I am in a situation where I consider myself lucky to have a phone, let alone an HTC Explorer with a camera, internet, etc.

It is my lifeline to the outside world. Being in this situation does not kill the photographer within me.

I have an eye for strange and unusual patterns, usually found in nature, and don't hesitate to take advantage of the given light.

I got inspired by friends and few of my class mates got inspired by my photography.. And they too have started blogging. all the best for their works and now i have competitors :)

Mushroom on Twig..

Kinda mushroom like something i saw on a little twig... I took that pic... It was looking like honey bee's house.. :-P

Bridge...

While going home from such a long ride... We came to a small bridge... The was a little flow of river surrounded by beautiful views... Also sunset was providing great exposure... Me and my friends left our vehicles there left and went few meters down the river... From that angle i took this photo of bridge... :-)

10 best Tips for Mobile Photography

1.Know your mobile well:
Nowadays we can see mobiles with advanced features in respect to camera like ranges of megapixel and extraordinary editing features. Now you have mobile with features like red-eye removal, contrast, brightness, resize options and auto correct options. know what can be done and what cannot be done.
that's why i tried to capture a longer view like "nice view" in this blog.

2. All about light :
when there is a good climate and light all goes nice. But it is also dependent on the pic you're gonna shoot. Better the light, better the picture.
In your mobile you have options like white-balance, you can choose the different light according to your day light.

If you see the pictures "leaf and it's shadow" you can see a different angles. you can try few angles like keeping your mobile flat, straight, little turn.

this imagination made me to give better pictures like "beautiful clouds and leaves covering the sun" in this blog. just see this blog you will find that those too picture will be seen attractive by many.

8.Clear to the Subject
know what you want from the picture. think for a minute how you can shoot it such a way it is more beautiful.

Custard Flowers in Backyard

I just came from college that day.. Beside my home there's empty space.. I saw this bunch of small tiny flowers.. I recognized that these are custard flowers..

Here i have used a Magnifying  Glass!

Trick is so simple.. Just get a small magnifying glass from your geometry box and put it in front of your cell phone camera..
Now focus anything just few inches aways from lense.. This will cause the background to be blurred.. That's it :-)

What is Mobile Photography!!

"Camera phones have come along way to the point that if its a bright day u can get some good photographs."

"Camera phones are getting better & better with the Camera's as well as storage so in the future most people wont need a camera any more."

Mobile Photography : Mobile Photography looks very simple to eyes but it's difficult in taking a perfect shot; I agree that our eye is the best in all aspects but photographs shows the moment and that’s how photography lives forever on memory...

Basics:
First of all get to know about your mobile like the features of megapixel, zoom, flash, two way lenses etc. Be clear to your subject. What can be done and what cannot be done.

In this field you need to travel a lot. Unless you travel you will not get new views, scenary otherwise one point of a time you will be bored for sure.

I don't have ego or something. i too asked few bloggers to see my blog and give their comments. Those comments made me to grow. I will do the same thing to u.

At the end of the day, the number one thing that is going to improve your photography is taking lots of pictures, and seeing which turn out. Given that it's not practical for most people to carry even a point and shoot with them all the time, a camera phone is a real option for improving in that regard.

Example Photographs:
